Description

Our new Rubberized Waterproofing is an acrylic, water-based liquid that makes repairs and reinforcement of leaks easy and effortless. No 2-part mixing involved, and it is ready for use straight out of the bucket. Use in conjunction with our Polyester Fabric rolls for added reinforcement for badly cracked floors and walls, or badly rusted metal gutters and roofs.

Easy application:

Use a brush, a roller, or spray it on. Works well with any tool of your choice, and washes off easily, being water-based.

Drying Time:

-Surface dry: 2-4 hours

-Through dry: 12-24 hours

-Light foot traffic: After 24 hours

-Full mechanical strength: 72 hours

Service life:

-8 years average without polyester fabric

-10 years average with polyester fabric

Coverage:

1.5 Kg covers 1 square meter (2 coats already). More coats may be applied if you so desire.

How to use:

For metal, clean area thoroughly. Scrape off old, cracking paint whenever possible, and treat badly rusted areas with a rust converter or primer if necessary. Then apply a first coat of our Rubberized Waterproof coating. Let dry for 2-4 hours before applying second coat. Introduce the Polyester Fabric for badly rusted areas that need reinforcement.

For concrete, clean off any standing dirt, old and flaking paint, or moss for best adhesion. A power washer works nicely for this. Then apply a first coat of our Rubberized Waterproof coating. Let dry for 2-4 hours before applying second coat. Introduce the Polyester Fabric for cracked areas that need filling or reinforcement.

Important notes:

-Will work for damp substrates, but not for standing water. That will have to be drained and dried first for best results.
